Katie S. Marshall

Director

Katie S. Marshall graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business & Economics, and a minor in Italian Studies. She began her professional career in hospitality assisting in the opening of a hotel. Katie found a passion for non-profit fundraising and event planning and worked for The Arc of Clarke County for six years while growing her family. Katie began Directing The Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce in 2016, immediately growing the membership by 45% over the last several years Katie has worked to develop community relationships and build an event schedule that puts the Jackson community on the map.

Administrative Assistant

A lifelong Jackson native, Courtney brings a wealth of experience and heart to our team. A graduate of Jackson Academy, Courtney spent several years working in retail and sales, where they built a strong foundation in customer service and relationship building. Today, Courtney serves as our administrative assistant, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes with organization, reliability, and a friendly smile. Married for 15 years and a proud parent of two girls, Courtney is deeply rooted in family and community—values that shine through in everything they do.
