A lifelong Jackson native, Courtney brings deep community roots and a strong commitment to local growth to her role as Executive Director of the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of Jackson Academy, Courtney began her career in retail and sales, where she developed a foundation in customer service, relationship building, and team leadership.

Since joining the Chamber, Courtney has combined her organizational skills and creative vision to strengthen community engagement, support local businesses, and lead initiatives that make Jackson a vibrant place to live and work. Her leadership style is marked by collaboration, integrity, and a genuine love for people.

Married for 15 years and a proud mother of two daughters, Courtney’s dedication to family and community shines through in everything she does—both professionally and personally.
