PARK RULES/RENTAL AGREEMENT
The following rules are designed for the comfort and safety of everyone. We appreciate your cooperation

RENT
Rent must be paid in advance. Includes electricity, water, sewage, and garbage.

RATES (taxes included)
$16.00 per day
$175.00 for 2 weeks
$325.00 per month
(Rates listed are 30 amp service/call for 50 amp rates)

Rent is payable at check-in time and due at the end of each paid period. $10 late fee after 5 days. Unpaid balance including late charges will bear a 10 percent annum, or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less. A $30.00 fee will be charged for each dishonored bank check.

QUIET TIME
10:00 pm to 7:00 am

PETS ARE WELCOME and must be under the control of the owner/handler.

FIRE DANGERS
Campfires restricted to fire pits/grills only. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

RV SITES
are to be kept clean. Dispose of garbage in cans provide. Do not leave garbage outside of the RV. Please place cans at the entrance from Hoven Road on Sunday PM or early Monday AM.

The garbage service runs Monday AM.

In the event the police are called to the RV Park for any type disturbance, altercation or other criminal act in which you have been involved in, you will be given 24 hours to leave the park. No refund for unused days will be given.

Park Rules

Vehicles must be parked completely off of the asphalt road in order to allow access for emergency vehicles and other renters. Only one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle allowed per site. Parking for additional vehicles is available.

QUIET TIME-10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

SPEED LIMIT-5 mph-DRIVE SLOWLY!

CHILDREN are to be supervised and parents must assume responsibility for all actions of their children and their guests. Small children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All bicycle and non-motorized scooter riders must wear a helmet. No mini-bikes, stand-up motorized scooters, go carts, skateboards, rollerblades or roller skates allowed in the park. Unfortunately they do not mix well with large vehicles, therefore these activities are not allowed in the park. The lake is not a play area.

PETS ARE WELCOME-They must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet and under the physical control of the owner/handler at all times, there will be no exceptions. Please walk your pets on a leash at all times in the park and clean-up after them IMMEDIATELY. Do not leave pets unattended. Excessively barking or aggressive dogs are not allowed. No pet pens, cages or kennels allowed.

FIRE DANGERS-Campfires, when permitted, are restricted to designated fire pits only. Fires must never be higher than 3 feet. All fires/BBQ's must be personally attended by an adult. All campfires must be completely put out with water before retiring or leaving the space. There are no exceptions. Do not dispose of hot ashes-let them cool first. If you smoke, please use proper receptacles when extinguishing cigarettes. Please do not throw cigarettes on the ground as this is a fire hazard and littering.

RV SITES are to be kept clean and tidy, as determined my management. No clotheslines/laundry to be hung outside. No repairs or washing of vehicles/RV's in the park. Please be courteous, do not walk through other peoples sites. Dispose of garbage in bins provided. Keep garbage lids closed. Do not leave garbage outside of the RV.

FIREARMS-Discharging of firearms or the use of fireworks of any kind is strictly prohibited.

NO SOLICITING allowed in the park at any time.

At this time there are no bathrooms or shower facilities. They will be built at a later date.

In the event the police are called to the R.V. Park for any type disturbance, altercation or other criminal act in which you have been involved in, you will be given 24 hours to leave the park. No refund for unused days will be given.

The City of Jackson is not responsible for accidents or injuries to our customers and their guests; or for loss due to accident, fire or theft. No illegal acts shall be committed which would place the City in violation of any Federal, State or County laws.. There is a $50.00 up to the actual replacement charge for damages done to water faucets or electric boxes. Please shut off the breakers before plugging in or unplugging your RV from the power supply boxes to avoid possible surge or shock. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if they are not cooperative. Anyone who absconds, vandalizes or attempts to defraud the park by not paying their fees may be subject to prosecution.

PETS
Pets are welcome but must be under the control of the owner/handler at all times. No pet cages/pens allowed. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Excessive barking or aggressive dogs are not allowed.

FIRE
Campfires are restricted to designated fire pits only. All fires/BBQs must be personally attended by an adult.

Please do not walk through other RV sites. Dispose of trash properly in the designated areas. Do not leave trash outside the RV.
     
    Vehicles
    Only one RV and two vehicles allowed per site. Parking for additional vehicles is available upon request.
     
    Firearms
    Discharging firearms or the use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.

    Soliciting is not allowed at any time.

    Town and Country RV Park is not responsible accidents or injuries to our customers and their guests; or for loss due to accident, fire, or theft. There will be a $100.00 charge for damages to water faucets or electrical boxes. Please shut off breakers before plugging or unplugging your RV from the power supply box to avoid possible surge or shock. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises at our discretion, if they are not cooperative.

    Park Rules & Regulations

    1. The campground will be locked from 10pm to 6am. No visitors will be allowed during those hours.
    2. All visitors who enter the campground must register at the gatehouse.
    3. The boat ramp fee is $3.00 per boat - per day. Annual boat ramp passes are available for $30.00 per year and are accepted at all Corps of Engineers Parks. Registered Campers are exempt from daily ramp fees.
    4. Campers are responsible for maintaining litter free sites. Trash must be placed in dumpsters or trash cans.
    5. Checkout time is 3:00 pm
    6. Camping time limit is 14 days during any 30-day period.
    7. Camping passes should hang from the rearview mirror.
    8. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. Unreasonably loud noise is prohibited any time.
    9. Do not discharge any gray water onto ground or into the creek - a dump station is provided.
    10. No horses are allowed in the park. Other pets must be penned, or on a leash no longer than 6 feet.
    11. Fireworks, firearms, explosives and projectile firing devices are prohibited.
    12. Fires are to be confined to fireplaces, rings, or grills.
    13. Help protect our natural resources. Do not cut, damage, or hang items from trees. All vehicles and trailers must be parked on impact pads or in designated parking areas.
    14. No mooring or climbing on gabion wall.

    LOCATION
    Jackson. 1/2 mile from water treatment plant across Hwy. 43 on Club Wiley Rd. Dove Lane will be on the right.

    RENT

    We have RV spaces available for $300 per month payable in advance. Power, water and sewage are taken care of by the Park. Refunds are given in two week increments. If you leave in the first week of the month, you are eligible for two weeks worth of rent. If you leave after the first two weeks there will be no refund.

    CHILDREN

    Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times for thier safety.

    PETS

    Indoor pets are welcome and when being walked must be cleaned up after.

    RULES

    • No limit to how many people in an RV.
    • Parking is limited to two vehicles per space.
    • You are responsible for keeping your site clean from any trash including cigarette butts, bottle tops and can tabs.
    • If the police are called to your site for any altercation, it is up to the management if you will be asked to leave with no refunds.
    • No washing of campers or vehicles is allowed.

    R.V. Park Information

    Park Rules & Regulations

    1. Check In time is 4:00 pm. Check Out time is 11:00 am.
    2. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
    3. A specific cabin may be requested, but is not guaranteed.
    4. Please forward all cabin deposits consisting of one nights rental to us at least 14 days in advance of your arrival date, if you did not hold your cabin with a credit card number.
    5. Payments may be made by Visa, American Express, or Master Card.
    6. Payments made by Money Order or Personal Checks must be made payable to Roland Cooper State Park. Drivers License Number, Expiration Date and Date of Birth are required.
    7. A 72 hour cancellation notice is required or you will be charged for one night.
    8. Final payment will be made at time of Check In.
    9. Please inquire about any discounts that may be available.
    10. FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY, after business hours call (334) 682-4838.
    11. The cabins are set up to sleep four (4) persons. Rollaway beds are available at the cost of $10 per day per cot. No more than six (6) persons per cabin.
    12. All cabin guests 12 years and older are counted as an adult and any additional guests above four (4) persons will be charged $6 per visitor per night.
    13. All cabins are initially supplied with 4 towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 1 bath mat, 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth. Any additional towels will be an additional charge.
    14. The cabins are also supplied with bed linens, television (no cable), central heat and air, refrigerator, stove, barbeque grill, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, silverware and cooking utensils.
    15. The park also offers a nine hole golf course, driving range, volleyball nets, campstore, laundry room and bath house.
    16. The campstore offers various camping supplies such as tackle, ice, food and drinks.
    17. Jon Boats are available for rent in the campstore. Motors are not available. We do provide paddles and life vests.
