We, at Walmart are committed to the continued Health and Wellness of your employees. In staying true to this committment we are again conducting Flu Shot Clinics at a Walmart near you. Our price will be the best in the market and our clinics will provide ample access and convenience to your employed.

Our program will run from September through mid-November. Walmart is partnering with Mollen Immunization Clinics to provide immunizations for the upcoming Flu season. Our clinical team coordiates convenient on-site programs and extends the service to protect the health of your employees as well. Please refer to Flue Shot Locator on Walmart.com/FluShots or with your local Walmart Pharmacy for clinic locations nearest you.

Benefits to your and your employees include:

• We will assume the expense and risk of vaccine and supply management, scheduling, billing and staffing.
• We purchase our vaccine directly from the manufacturers and obtain our supply of vaccine in August to ensure supply for our clinics.
• All vaccinations are administered by professional nurses offering the highest quality of personal care and customer service.
• We offer clinics at convenient times such as evenings and weekends. We will also have clinics during regular business hours as well, to ensure your employees have the best access to the service they need.
• A record of the vaccine administered is made available for every patient at our flue shot clinic location.

Payment, we accept:

1. Medicare Part B (Primary Plan) No co-pay and No out-of-pocket expense
2. Insurance (We bill many insurances directly. Be sure to check with our nurse.
3. Self-pay (We accept credit cards, personal checks, and health savings account (HSA) credit cards)
