Jackson Fall Festival Food Booth Registration Form

The Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce will sponsor its 27th annual Fall Festival on Saturday, November 7, 2009 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. We invite you to join us in the festivities. The Festival will wind down the streets of downtown Jackson.

Food booths will be available for restaurants, local clubs and non-profit organizations. There is a $50 non-refundable fee for the booths. If you are interested in reserving a booth please complete and submit the registration form below by October 9, 2009.

After submitting your application, please make your check for $50.00, payable to Jackson Chamber of Commerce, and mail to 500 Commerce Street, Jackson, Alabama 36545. A late fee of $10 will be charged for any vendor signing up after the due date. If you have any questions, please contact LaShaunda Holly at 251-246-3251.
