Jackson Fall Festival Market in the Street Reservation Form

We would like to invite you to join us on Saturday, November 7, 2009 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. for our Market in the Street.

To participate, please fill out the form below. As with all shows, the first exhibitors will be awarded the best booth spaces. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you on the first Saturday of November!

Booth spaces are $50. Each booth will be 12'x 12'. Your application and fee should be returned to the Chamber by Friday, October 9, 2009. Any application received after this deadline will be charged a $10 late fee.

After submitting your registration, please make your check for $50.00 payable to Jackson Chamber of Commerce, and mail to 500 Commerce Street, Jackson, Alabama 36545. If you have any questions, please contact LaShaunda Holly at 251-246-3251.
