On Thursday, March 25th, the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its 2nd Annual State of the City Address. This years event attracted business owners, corporate executives, key local legislators, education representatives, student organizations and elected officials.
We were delighted to provide Mayor Richard Long a forum to present The State of the City Address to the community. Mayor Long used the opportunity to highlight the city's progress in economic development and presented a report to attendees regarding the challenges from the past year and his outlook for this year.
I would like to extend a warm thank you to Mayor Long, AT&T, the Board of Directors, Pine City Ambassadors and to all of the attendees. We look forward to continuing to offer valuable programs to our area businessmen and women.
